Making Fiat Deposits

Fiat deposits are not yet supported on the Crypto.com Exchange

Note: Currently the Crypto.com Exchange does not support most EVM chain’s native tokens’ deposits, except for ETH, from Smart Contracts and any such transfers will not be credited automatically.

Note: KLAY smart contract deposits are not automatically scanned.

Withdrawals – Fees & Limits

A withdrawal from the Crypto.com Exchange is an on-chain transaction of transferring crypto to an external cryptocurrency address (usually a wallet or another exchange). As with all blockchain transactions, they come with a fee. 

Note: Transferring crypto to your Crypto.com Wallet App’s address will also incur a fee if completed on-chain. To avoid a fee, please use the Withdraw to App function. 

Withdrawal fees will be settled in the currency you are receiving and can not be paid with CRO.

Withdrawals to an external address may take 2-3 hours to process.
Withdrawals to the Crypto.com App are instant.

Withdrawals – Fiat
